At The pampered pets.co.uk we are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service.
Should any product purchased from The pampered pets be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the pampered pets website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to The pampered pets within 30 days of delivery of the product.
In the event of a customer purchasing an item from The pampered pets mistakenly and through no fault of The pampered pets we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to The pampered pets unused and in saleable condition. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, The pampered pets reserves the right to charge a return fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer.
Delivery times will be 2-5 days special orders will take up to 10 days.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
